Self-nominations will NOT be accepted. Nominations must be submitted by an EMAT member although nominations can be for non-EMAT members (unless specified in the award criteria). There is no limit to the number of nominations an EMAT member may submit. There is no entry fee to submit a nomination.
Nominations should reflect activities and programs which occurred during the past calendar year (January 2018 – December 2018) with the exception of the Lifetime Achievement Award. For projects and programs that span longer than previous 12 months, the vast majority of the project/program activities must have occurred during the previous calendar year.
Please email all documentation that helps justify the award recommendation to email@example.com. This documentation should be available for posting on EMAT's website for member's use and for display at the annual conference.
For questions regarding the EMAT Awards Program or the application process, please contact the EMAT Awards Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org.
