Class Change Request Form
Requests must be submitted before 6pm on Tuesday for a class change on the following Monday.

The request is reviewed by Academic Compliance Officer.
Academic Compliance Officer will consult Head Teacher and student's class teachers.
Academic Compliance Officer will email students the class change decision by Friday 5pm.

Requests are likely to be denied if: there is no availability; student has just joined class; student is due to finish soon; student is due to change level soon; student has poor attendance; student has missed monthly Progress tests; teachers don't think student ready for change of level yet.
