Next Generation Mentor Application 2018-19
School of the Osage's Next Generation Mentoring program allows you the opportunity to volunteer your expertise to a student in a way that overcomes time constraints and geographical barriers. You will be able to be instrumental in helping a student develop/grow a plan that puts him or her on the path of ongoing success.

Thank you for your interest in mentoring an Osage student!

1. Please complete the application below.
2. Any person who works/volunteers with school age children must have a background screening. Directions for the background screening will be provided to you upon the completion of this form.

In order to be a successful mentor in the mentoring program, you must commit to attend (physically or through a video messaging program like Skype, FaceTime, or Google Chat) two meetings with your mentee one on Friday, October 5, 2018 and one on Friday, November 16, 2018. Are you available for both of these dates? Freshmen mentors will meet from 8:30-10am for breakfast and sophomore mentors will meet from 11am-12:30pm for lunch. *
