This is the application for the two juried shows in Vermont (Manchester and Stowe) we will produce in 2025.

Southern Vermont Art & Craft Festival, Riley Rink Events Field, Manchester Center, VT, September 5 - 7, 2025
Stowe Foliage Arts Festival, Stowe, VT, October 10 - 12, 2025
Southern Vermont Art & Craft Festival is an all outdoor show.
Stowe Foliage Arts Festival is tented with some outdoor booths.
For outdoor booths at any of the shows, you can either provide your own tent or rent a tent from our tent company. Contact us separately after completing this application for more information about renting a tent.
If you are inside our large tent at Stowe, we provide you with power, and you need to bring a 50ft extension cord. There is no power available at the Southern Vermont shows. In the large tent at Stowe, you are responsible for your sides and backdrop, as well as your lighting.
At the Stowe Festival we allow the option of a Perimeter or Center location. A Perimeter is on the outside edge of the tent. A Center is one of the interior aisles. If you request this on the application, we will do our best to honor it. If you require it, you can guarantee it for an additional $50 fee.
Note to Food Vendors: Please apply with this app and pay the $150 deposit. If accepted you will hear back from us with a contract. In general, food vendors pay 15% of gross sales. Or, we can work out other arrangements.

There is NO POWER at this show except for regular food vendors. Specialty food and wine/spirits exhibitors also do not get power. Only food vendors producing concessions for on-site consumption will get power here.

Stowe Foliage Arts Festival (Oct 10-12). After our tent disaster in 2024 we intend to do all we need to do to make sure this award winning show returns.

You will be prompted to pay a single $150 deposit when you complete this application. Unless we make special arrangements otherwise, we will only accept applications where the deposit is paid.
All applications also require photos of your work, including one of you in your studio showing you at work. Email photos to info@craftproducers.com. If we have your photos from past shows already and you do not wish to update them, please just make a note of it at the completion of your application.
When you submit your application, you are indicating your commitment to do the show if accepted. Please do not think that you should apply to multiple shows and then decide whether or not to do them.
