The Boise NF Supervisor's Office is sponsoring Work Capacity Tests (all fitness levels) that are open to agency and AD employees. The following form will be used for enrollment in the specific training, collect participant information for correspondence, roster generation and also provide an accurate number of personnel who wish to participate.

Once you have submitted the form, an email will automatically be sent to you with the details of your registration. At the same time, I recommend adding it to your calendar.

IMPORTANT: Every FS employee, for any level of WCT, must complete the required medical clearance with eMedical prior to registering.  For non-FS employees, you must bring the WCT: Informed Consent form (hard copy or electronic) on the day of the test. You are responsible for this and will not be able to complete the test without it.
