Yoga provides a safe space to help process emotions and open the tightness in the physical body that often accompanies grief, sorrow, and sadness. The increased awareness that a yoga practice provides can lead you to feel in your body where you may be holding tension, and to find ways to release that tension. This series of classes will include invitations to breathing techniques, gentle yoga movements, meditation, and more in a safe, compassionate space. Read more at
