Commission Form
Thank you so much for being interested in my commissions! Before submitting your commission request please take a look at the following commission timeline:
  1. Commissions are first come, first served. If you need a commission done by a deadline, please let me know in the commission application, and I'll let you know if I can get your commission done in time.
  2. Once I approve your commission request, Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% once confirmed that the final artwork is finished. It may take a while for the invoice to be sent. I don't like to take commissions if I can't start a commission right away. You will also receive a confirmation email when I approve your request; don't worry!
  3. When I receive the 1st/full payment, I will send you a sketch (or multiple if needed) of your commission through your email in case you want me to change or fix anything. Once a sketch is to your liking, I will proceed with finishing the commission. 
  4. Then after I'm done with the commission, I will send you an email confirming that I have the final artwork and send you another PayPal invoice for the other 50% of the commission price. Once I receive the final payment, I will send the digital images of the finished artwork (.png and .jpg file). You may request three minor revisions to the finished artwork within 24 hours of it being sent.

Terms of Service
  • General Terms:
    • The Artist reserves the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason. The Artist will inform the Client if they accepted or refused the commission request. 
    • Prices are subject to change depending on the difficulty of the commission and additional requests.
  • Copyright usage
    • I, The Artist:
      • Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
      • Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
      • Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
      • Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (with watermark) and in my portfolio.
    • You, The Client:
      • Commissioned this artist for Artwork that's for Personal Use only.
      • May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
      • May NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, sell prints, etc.)
      • May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without the Artist’s consent.
      • May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without the Artist's consent
      • May NOT use the commissioned work and sell it as NFT.
      •  Are NOT permitted to use the commissioned work in training any AI (Artificial Intelligence) or ML (Machine Learning) models.
    • The following is considered copyright infringement:
      • Whoever uses any copyrighted works without consent or authorization from the author, copyright owner, and performer, It may constitute an infringement under Copyright Act 1987. The act of infringement includes:
        • Reproduces in any material form or distributes to the public
        • Imports any work for the purpose of trade or financial gains
        • Sell or rent any infringing copy without the Artist’s consent
        • Exhibits in public any infringing copy by way of trade
  • Cancellation & Refund
    • The Client is always free to cancel the commission at any time during the process of creating the commission; however, the first half of the invoice will not be refunded as accommodation for the artist's time and labor.
    • The Artist is always free to cancel the commission at any time during the process of creating the commission; however, the unfinished artwork files and sketches will be submitted to the client as compensation for the commission.
