Application for Cville Holiday Craftacular Craft Show

You’re invited to apply to become a vendor in our 8th annual Holiday Craftacular!


ABOUT THE SHOW:

The Cville Holiday Craftacular is a juried, indie craft show, and we are looking for artists and crafters who will wow us with their talent. Each year, we showcase a wide variety of work in categories that include jewelry, ceramics, paper goods, photography, candles, handbags, knit goods, artwork, and much more.

This year, the show will be held on Friday December 13th from 10AM to 7PM and Saturday December 14th from 9AM to 4PM. Our location will be the same as last year, at City Space on Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall.


BOOTH FEES

We strive to offer reasonable booth fees so that artists of all means can participate.

- Medium Space (approximately 6' x 7'): $160
- Large Space (approximately 9' x 7'): $250

Our application period closes on October 18th at midnight. Questions can be sent to us at cvillecraftacular@gmail.com. If you'd prefer to fill out and mail a print application, email us.

FINE PRINT:

In the days leading up to the show, a different artist and an item they've donated to the giveaway will be featured on our blog and Facebook page. Followers can enter a random drawing to win the item crafted by that day's featured artist. Winners will pick up their winning items at the show. Each artist is strongly encouraged to donate an item for the online giveaway.

We love giving back to our community. Every year, we request that each artist donate 5% - 10% of their sales to our selected local non-profit group. This year, we've chosen Piedmont Council for the Arts, our area's only organization committed to sustaining the thriving presence of the arts in the Charlottesville area. PCA is the sponsor of our event this year.

All artists must remain on location during the show.


PLEASE COMPLETE the following three pages to submit your application. Application period closes October 18th at midnight. We will notify applicants of their status by October 21st, and vendors will be required to submit their full show payments by October 24th.
