This is the registration form for our SCLS program.  For descriptions of the fieldtrip itself, please visit https://www.bioteach.ubc.ca/portfolio/science-creative-literacy-symposia/ 

This year, the SCLS will be hosted on Mondays or Fridays, and will run roughly from start of October to end of June.  In general, the fieldtrip has a 10am to 2pm footprint, with a 20 minute break in the middle for lunch (a room will be supplied if needed).  Maximum capacity is 30 students, but note that our spaces are best designed for about 24 kids or so.

Please list choices below, but due to interest and the diversity of options, we can't guarantee you get your first picks.
