Thank you for your interest in registering your child(ren) for Noor Academy Tarteel Qur'an Summer Program 2025 school year! Please read ALL the instructions carefully. If you have any questions, email sundayschool@noorohio.org. 

1. If there are any required questions that you are not able to answer for any reason, you may write "N/A" in that space.
2. Please fill up all the information based on your CURRENT address, phone number, and email.
3. You only need to fill out the form ONCE per family, you can have more than one child registered on the same form.
4. Make sure to put your name/initial on the Waiver Liability, if not then we can not process your application.
5. Once you complete your child(ren) information, the next question will be to copy and paste the payment link to another tab, after you make a payment please come back to the Registration form and submit it. 
6. Registration is confirmed once the form has been completed and the fee has been paid. 
7. You need to bring your child(ren) to Masjid Noor on Sunday, June 8 from 12 PM to 4 PM for their level evaluation.
8. The program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday beginning on June 16, 2025 from 2:30pm - 4:30pm.
