Elective Pay Overview with US Treasury and US DOE

We are excited to invite you to an information session with representatives from the U.S. Department of the Treasury and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to discuss Elective Pay, a program recently established by the Inflation Reduction Act. Elective Pay allows tax-exempt organizations, including local governments, to receive payments from the federal government partially reimbursing costs associated with clean energy and clean transportation projects. During this information session, representatives from U.S. Treasury and U.S. DOE will provide tax-exempt entities with valuable information about how to take advantage of the program.
