OUR INTENTION:
Our intention is to gather with all who identify as women in a way that’s significant to them to join in celebration of the Divine Feminine - the energy of creation.
We welcome you to reclaim your sacred wisdom and feel the support of sisterhood.
We believe in bringing together a diverse matrix of teachers, artists, healers, musicians, change-makers and creatives to offer a colorful spectrum of workshops.
Breathe in art installations inspired by the divine feminine as you explore the grounds. Enjoy free time at lunch to mingle, take space, browse our raffle prizes or go for a hike.

SEEKING:
We are seeking passionate artists to put up art installations. Artists can use any mediums that speak to their heart (i.e. large paint murals, sculptures, etc. - we are super open to your ideas and creative visions).
These Art Installations will serve as our "stages" for our colorful spectrum of workshops. The "stages" will be named after the Art Installations. A wooden sign will be placed by your piece.
You Art installation and Artist Profile will be featured on our website.
Art Installations must be ok outdoors. Artists will install their piece the day before on August 24th. If you cannot install on the 24th you must arrive at 7am on August 25th to install your piece. If you need more than 2 hours to set-up please communicate this and arrive with plenty of time.
Art Installation Submissions are open now through June 1st!
Feel free to submit more than one Art Installation to be considered.

Official Date: Saturday, August 25th 2018
Location: TBA - no more than 90-100 minutes from Chicago. It may be at an Eco Institute 90 minutes form the heart of the city in Indiana or at Starved Rock again.

AGREEMENT:
Ladies Daytreat will provide artists with the following:
- A flat rate of $100
- Goodies from sponsors
- Free admission for you & anyone helping install your art that identifies as a woman in a way that is significant to them
- A Special Code for 50% off admission for one close friend or family member
- A personal profile to highlight you as an artist on our website
- Social Media feature/s
***Ladies Daytreat is unable to provide food, lodging or travel compensation.
Starved Rock Camping is $25 for a 4 person site.

TIMELINE:
Our plan is to release the Line-up of presenters early May and to release our schedule mid June. We would like to announce our Artist Features mid June with our schedule.
If your Art Installation is selected you will be emailed early June. A detailed info packet covering everything you need to know will be sent to you mid July.
