2018 Glen Allen Field Hockey Camp Registration

The Glen Allen High School Field Hockey Program invites all girls ages 8-15 (Rising 3rd-9th Graders) to enjoy a week of field hockey fun! Each camper will learn from coaches and players in the Glen Allen program and receive individual skills to work on and participate in team activities that build their knowledge of the game, all while having TONS of FUN! CAMP SPECIFICS:
DATES: Monday, June 25 - Thursday, June 28
HOURS: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Drop-off begins at 7:30, Pick-Up ends at 12:30)

You MUST have a child in Henrico County Public Schools in order to submit online payments. If your camper is NOT an HCPS student, you will need to pay by cash or check.***

STEPS TO SUBMIT ONLINE PAYMENT at https://osp.osmsinc.com/henricova/
- Click on "HIGH" from the "Schools" list on the left.
- Click on "Glen Allen High" from the list on of schools on the left.
- Find "Field Hockey Summer Camp One Child/Two Children/Three Children" applicable fee.
- Add to Cart and Checkout on the following screens.
- Enter your contact information along with your payment information.
- Coach Miller will receive your receipt and also be able to run reports to track registrations and payments.

If you are paying by cash or check, we ask that you send your payment as soon as possible after registering for the camp. You may drop the cash/check off in the Main Office at Glen Allen High School or mail it to the address above and we will take care of it as swiftly as possible!

REGISTRATION & Sibling Discounts:
*If you are registering more than one child, please fill out the form separately for each child. Payments can be combined, as there is a $10 discount for each sibling (SIBLINGS ONLY, PLEASE)!
- 1 Child = $100
- 2 Children = $190 ($90 for 2nd Child)
- will take $10 off for each additional child
