Simple Steps for Better Health - MAY Registration - STROKE PREVENTION MONTH
The next month's class registration will be posted on the 15th of each month. If you are registering for the first time, please come by the library to pick up a copy of your activity tracker. If you already received an activity tracker, you will keep using the same one.

Stroke Prevention begins at ALL ages. Please choose the Stroke Prevention class you plan to attend. Class lasts about 1 hour. ALL ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE A FREE EXERCISE BAND. We will also be giving away one $10 Starbuck giftcard at both sessions.
Tuesday, May 2 at 6 p.m. (Children's Yoga is NOT offered this month)

Tai Chi takes place weekly. We have FIVE weekly classes and we do have a few openings. NOTE - all Tai Chi students must attend a health class or the healthy cooking class.
