Requests are handled on a first-come-first-serve basis as long as funds are available.
The Teacher Fund Program is offered four times per year, roughly once each quarter.
Fund Request due dates for 2022/23:
These dates are aligned for review and approval with PTSA meetings. Approval for reimbursement requests will be emailed 3 weeks after the submission dates (after PTSA General Meetings).
Please use good judgement. Funds should preferably benefit large segments of our student population and ideally be used for durable goods that can last several years. Typically, repeat fund requests will be declined.
