PWA Career Days 2025-26: Student Application Form 
We welcome you! Please note this is a 2-part process: 1) Student application and 2) Parent/guardian permission. Both are electronic. You cannot be approved to attend until BOTH electronic forms are submitted AND you have received confirmation from PWA that you are approved. 

Important:  See the events calendar entry at  www.portlandworkforcealliance.org/events  for the parent/guardian permission form link and for more information about the Career Day you would like to attend.  Space is limited. Students can increase their odds of getting accepted if they get BOTH electronic forms submitted promptly!

• The organizer requires all student and adult participants to abide by current Multnomah County safety practices and specific employer requirements regarding COVID-19 and public health. The parent/guardian recognizes the inherent risk of any gathering and releases all parties from liability.
