PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT POLICIES BEFORE ADMITTING YOUR PET *
1.All owners must guarantee that their pet has up to date vaccinations. 2. All boarding rates are charged on a calendar day basis. 3. All charges must be settled at or prior to the pet’s arrival at G-pet. Bookings made during Holiday peak season must be settled in advance as soon as invoice is issued. 4. Cancellation of Boarding will be considered provided notice of minimum 7 days before the boarding date. A cancellation fee of RM 150/- will be charged. There will be no refund or credit for early check out. 5. G-Pet reserves the right to refuse boarding to any pet that is sick, injured, flea infested or cat showing aggression towards the staff . 6. Under no circumstances, will G-Pet or any of its employees be responsible for any items lost, destroyed or left behind on these premises such as toys, collars, etc. 7. Under no circumstances, will G-Pet or any of its employees be responsible for any injury, sickness or damage of any kind whatsoever that might occur to any pet staying at G-Pet. 8. The owner must agree to be fully responsible for the behaviour of his pet while the pet is in the care of G-pet. He must bear the cost of any damage done to the kennel/G-Pet premises by his pet. 9. All cats must be kept on carier on arrival. 10. Any pet requiring medication will be charged an administration fee. 11. In emergencies, the pet’s welfare will take priority. We will do our best to contact you , but we will make the decision in the best interest of the pet. All vets bills will be required to be paid by the pet’s owner. 12. Any unpaid and/or uncollected pets will be disposed off after a period of 15 days from date of payment/ collection date. G-pet reserves the right to do as they deem appropriate without further notice to the owner. All owners must agree to the conditions of boarding as outlined above and sign the form below I understand that while every care will be given to my pet(s), they are boarded entirely at my own risk. I acknowledge that I have read and understood and am bound by the conditions of boarding as stated above.
