ARTISTS:
Up to 24 local (100 mile radius of Fort Collins) artists & makers ranging from 4-18 years old, selected by a jury.

DEADLINE TO APPLY:
Applications are due by 6pm on Sunday April 12. No late applications will be accepted. You will be notified of your acceptance to participate by Monday April 13.

SETUP TIME:
Set-up will be Sunday April 26th from noon-1pm, each artist & maker will move in their personal goods and setup their displays. Please be ready to start selling at 1pm.

COST:
If accepted, the booth fee for this market is $10. Funds will be used to help advertise the event on social media, our website, email newsletter, and print materials. An email invoice will be sent to you upon acceptance and can be paid with a credit card online or with check or cash at Wolverine Farm. Payment is due on or before April 26.

GIFT FOR GIVE-A-WAY: The first 20 customers will a receive a free gift at the door. We are asking all the makers to donate one small handmade items (up to $10 each).

MARKET “OPEN” HOURS:
1pm to 5pm
Please be ready to sell by 1pm and do not close up early.

SPACE:
No outside furniture, tables, or apparatuses. We must use the tables already in the space. Again, no outside furniture unless approved by the staff. No swapping, or changing. We spend a significant amount of time organizing the space and planning to have artists arranged for a flow and variety. No wall space. Booth size will be about 4' by 3' or half of a Publick House table. Space is small, please plan on restocking accordingly. Chairs will be provided.

CONDITIONS:
Accepted artists & makers MUST be present on site for the duration of the market.
