Use this form for appealing a decision which affects you. If what you are dissatisfied with is not a decision, but something else, use the Complaint Form. Examples of decisions which you may wish to appeal are:
- any decision affecting you individually
- an assessment outcome or grading
- Eligibility for government funding
- Enrolment cancellation
After submitting this form, your appeal will be heard at a scheduled Quality Committee Meeting, and you will be notified of the outcome.
