Booking Agreement
This form constitutes a binding agreement between the performer, Rebecca Barnes, and the client. By signing below you agree to all terms contained herein.

1. All details must be complete and accurate at the time of booking. Any amendments must be made in writing at the earliest convenience.
2. A deposit of 20% of the total fee must be sent to confirm your booking. This can be paid by bank transfer (Rebecca Barnes, account 09020985, sort code 60-83-71) or paypal (rebecca@allthingsharp.co.uk - please add 5% unless paying by Friends and Family)
3. The balance payment is due 4 weeks before the performance date
4. All payments are non-refundable except in unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances preventing the artist from performing. In such circumstances a replacement will be found or all funds will be refunded.
5. If any part of this booking is to take place outside, a firm, flat, dry area, with shelter from rain or strong sun, must be provided.
6. Data will be stored and used, in line with current GDPR regulations, for the purposes of general contact and selected marketing. Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your express permission.
