Welcome to Anchored Track! This course will guide you through Riverside’s core beliefs, values, and structure, help you discover the beauty of church community, and teach you what it means to be an active, committed member. By the session, you will have the opportunity to sign up to be a member of Riverside Church!
Class dates are:
- Session 401: November 15th at 9 am
The session will be approximately be a couple hours, light snacks will be provided.
Below you will find the qualifications for membership:
- A testimony to an experience of the "new birth."
- Having been baptized in water by immersion.
- Evidence of a consistent Christian life (Romans 6:4; 8:1-4; 13:13, 14; Ephesians 4:17-32; 5:1,2, 15: 1 John 1:6,7).
- Contribute regularly to the financial support of the church through tithes and offerings.
- Acceptance of the Tenets of Faith and Statement of Beliefs as set forth in Article IV of these bylaws.
- Having reached at least 18 years of age.
- Having regularly attended services of, and supported, this assembly for a period of at least three consecutive months prior membership class.
- Agreement to being governed by the bylaws of this assembly, and of the New Jersey District Council of the Assemblies of God, as both may be amended from time to time.
