All seniors at Parkland High School (PHS) must complete the Senior Exit Survey. The purpose of this survey is to obtain more information about students' post high school plans and to gain feedback on your experiences and lessons learned during your high school career. The results are used to ensure that your final transcripts are sent to the correct college/university, branch of military, and/or employer and are also used for school improvement purposes.  Seniors must complete this survey by Friday, May 15, 2026.  

As a reminder, students must send their final transcripts to their selected college/university, business or technical school through PARCHMENT EXCHANGE. To do this, please do the following:

1. Login to Parchment at www.parchment.com.

2. Click on the green "ORDER" button located under the "ORDER YOUR TRANSCRIPT" icon.

3. Select the destination for your transcript and type in the full name of the school to which you would like this sent in the space provided (Example: Penn State University). Then click the green "SEARCH" button and select the correct school.

4. On the Order Details Screen, look for the box in the middle that says, "WHEN DO YOU WANT THIS SENT?" Click the drop down menu and select "HOLD FOR GRADES." Then click the green button that says "SAVE & CONTINUE."

5. Complete the necessary information on the subsequent screens, clicking "SAVE & CONTINUE" to advance.

It is very important that you complete this transcript request as your college/university, business or technical school will need your final transcript for admission. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the guidance office.  (IN ADDITION, YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE A SCREENSHOT/PICTURE OF THIS SCREEN SO THAT YOU CAN SAVE IT SINCE IT WILL NOT APPEAR AGAIN.)
