Registration is limited to 50 guests - PLEASE NOTE: each person must submit their own form if more than one guest in your party

Registration closes July 1, 2025

Passengers must be 18 years of age - no one under 18 is allowed onto St. Jude campus for safety purposes

Cost is $200 per person for the following:

• Round Trip Charter Bus Transportation
• Sack Lunch on Tuesday
• Snack/Water/Soda on the Bus
• Light Breakfast Snack on Wednesday
• Lunch at Lambert’s Cafe-Home of the Throwed Rolls (Sikeston, MO)

Payment link will be shared once registration form is received - PLEASE NOTE: Tuesday night dinner and Hotel Accommodations are NOT included - hotel registration must be made separately. A link for hotel rooms will be sent with payment information.

**PLEASE NOTE: There may be a considerable amount of walking. More information will be shared as event gets closer**

Activities include:

• Tuesday: St. Jude Memphis to Peoria Run Awards Reception (optional)
• Wednesday: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (specific tour opportunities TBD, but will include Gift Shop); Program; Runner Send-Off
