All registrations fees are non-refundable.

Fees from no-show registrants will simply become donations.

In the unlikely event that the show is cancelled, event registrations will be rolled over to 2026 entry fees.

No details gathered will be sold to any third party, all information is purely used by FVCCS to organize the event and communicate with entrants.
