VOLUNTEER GROUP REQUEST FORM
                  PLEASE READ ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR FORM.

Complete this form if you are planning to bring a group of 5-40 people to volunteer.   
  • Please note that all volunteers must be 13 years old.  
  • Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by adults at a 4:1 ratio.  
  • Providing multiple dates/times will help us to more easily accommodate your request. Below, we've listed the best times for us, but are happy to discuss alternatives. 
  • Volunteer shifts are limited to two hours only.
  • Depending on group size, evening shifts need to be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. 
  • Bringing a client(s) with developmental disabilities? Please email Devin at devin@kidsbookbank.org for scheduling guidance. 
You will be contacted by the Volunteer Manager within 4-5 business days to confirm your request and shift registration.  Please be advised that your shift is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation.
