LULAC's 13th Annual Health Fair: General Volunteer Sign-Up

Dates and Times:
5/30/25 from 8-5pm (Friday Set-Up)
5/31/25 from 5am-5pm (Saturday, Day of event, Event Time: 8am-3pm)
6/1/25 from 8-5pm (Sunday Take-Down)

*Must be at least 18 years to volunteer, bring ID
*Volunteers who are fluent in Spanish or have ASL certification are encouraged
*Carpooling encouraged
* Free Volunteer t-shirts provided on Event Day.
*Dress code is anything clean and comfortable

Friday Set Up: goodie bag, signage, equipment assembling, familiarizing with layout. (Lunch and refreshments will be provided for volunteers.)

Saturday Day of event: Starts at 5am for volunteers for final set up, event orientation, and event duties. (Light Breakfast, Lunch and refreshments will be provided for volunteers.)

Sunday Tear-Down: breaking down equipment, organizing equipment for pickup
