Monessen School District Meal Order Form
Parents will be able to order meals for pick-up for breakfast and lunch for children in Pre-K (including Pre-K at SPHS) through Grade 12. We will be prepared to provide a meal for each student signed up beginning, Tuesday, October 13, 2020 on your pre-scheduled day. You only need to sign-up one time to receive meals.
All virtual students will receive meals on Tuesday from 4pm-5pm and again on Thursday's from 4pm-5pm
Please fill out the form, which will be located on the district's website
or come to the school to complete the form.
**ALL MEALS WILL BE PICKED UP AT THE ELEMENTARY CENTER CAFETERIA.
**Please no congregating or hanging around the school campus once meals are picked up.
