This survey is designed to help [the Company] obtain a more complete understanding of your team's learning and training needs and your hopes for the future, and therefore is
not anonymous. We will ask you a series of questions regarding the skills necessary to be successful in your department and what those skills look like, where you team currently ranks in those skills and why, and any negative impacts on the company.
We ask that you spend 10-20 minutes answering the questions and be as specific as possible in your responses. The more you invest in this process and the more forthcoming you are in your responses, the better chance we have of pinpointing the most important training issues for your teams, department, and the company as a whole.
After all responses are collected, we will use them to identify organizational trends and select learning topics for the 2024 calendar year that will help bridge any organizational performance gaps. While we will not be able to address all training topics raised by all departments in this round of training, if there are any areas that are not chosen, we are happy to discuss with you other ways we may be able to assist you in addressing these performance gaps specific to your department.
