In this 90 minute workshop participants will understand how our minds lie to us about what will make us happy through research based data in the area of happiness and wellbeing. They will also see how they can hack the system with consistent practice.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Keep a journal and pen/pencil handy.
Please ensure that your camera is turned on throughout the call, and that you have a stable internet connection so you can fully participate in the session.

Dr. Gargi is  an Internationally Certified Heal Your Life Coach and Workshop Leader, certified Workshop Leader for The Significant Self, a certified Yoga teacher, Creative Movement Therapy Facilitator, Associate Coach for Core Transformation and Practitioner for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Wholeness Process, Gestalt Therapy and Reiki in addition to holding a Doctoral Degree in Psychology.
