Basic Beginner Tap Dance Class Registration for Kids Ages 6 to 10.

Classes are offered by The Earl Wentz and William Watkins Foundation (www.ewwwf.org) and as a sponsored program of Amity Presbyterian Church (www.amitypc.org).

Classes are held two-times per week and you may attend as often as you wish. Each class teaches some fundamental tap dance steps and will include a short "combination" of nsteps at the end of the class.

Classes will be offered on Tuesdays from 4:45 - 5:45 p.m. beginning Sept.17 and on Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 19.

Please note that you must complete all sections of this form. We must have a fully completed registration form for each child before they are admitted to a class. Please refer to the "Payments" section below. You may pay online or in person. Payment for a class must be made before your child is admitted into the classroom.
