MFS Technology Accessibility Survey
Should MFS close for an extended period of time due to COVID-19, we would move to a remote learning model. In general, each student would need:
     -Access to the Internet
     -A device that allows each/all child(ren) access to the web for remote instruction
     -A smartphone or a device with a webcam.

If you do not have access to any of these things, please complete the survey below (by March 11) and the Technology Department will work with you and your family to identify the best plan. If you do have access to these things, you DO NOT need to fill out this survey.
