Hope Mobility's 2026 Race For Mobility Team Sign Up

Please fill out the below information if you are interested in participating with Hope Mobility's 2026 Race For Mobility Team. You can do any event (or multiple events combined) and have a fundraising page set up. However, most participants will be participating in the 2026 Fox Valley Marathon Races in St. Charles, Illinois. The race date is September 20th, 2026, and offers racing distances of 5K, Half Marathon, 20 Miles, and Full Marathon.

Instructions:

1) Fill Out This Form

2) Wait for an email in the next couple days from christopher.horner@hopemobility.org with instructions on how to register for the race. The email will also include fundraising details.

3) Register for the race, and begin fundraising.

4) Train, race, and make a difference in the lives of others!

Newly-designed Race For Mobility t-shirts will be given to team members upon fundraising a minimum of $275 (equals 1 Pediatric Wheelchair).  Please choose your size. *

Hope Mobility team jerseys will be given to team members upon fundraising a minimum of $1,100 (equals 4 Pediatric Wheelchairs).  We will obtain sizing later in the year for those that qualify. *

For those who raise the $1,100 this year, but already have one of the new jerseys and don't need another, we'll be giving out a brand-new Hope Mobility backpack, which you will receive instead of a jersey.
