SAPP Fundraising Challenge Registration
Hello, and thank you for your interest in participating in SAPP's first Fundraising Challenge! Please fill out the form below to formally register and be considered for this challenge. 

Keep in mind, having a team is not necessary, and if you plan to be in one, we limit it to 5 PEOPLE maximum. 
Additionally, this challenge is open to ALL who are in 6th grade and above. We are happy to have non-students participate as well!

Participant Name(s) - Provide us with the first and last name of all participants in your team, or just your name if you will be participating solo.  *
Participant Contact(s) - Provide the emails of the participants on your team; we recommend providing the account you check most frequently, as updates will be sent regularly throught there. *
Parental Guardian Contact - Provide the email of ONE parent of a participant. They will also be added to the mailing list, and will receive updates/notifications regarding the challenge.  *
School(s) - List out the corresponding school(s) and grade for all members of your team *
Please provide a detailed description of your campaign idea. (e.g. What kinds of event(s) do you plan to host to raise funds, Will you be using social media platforms, a GoFundMe/SnapRaise, etc. We would just like to hear about what you have brainstormed and how much time you estimate to be spending on each part of your campaign!)
