Radio KCM (RKCM) is an extension of Knoxville Community Media (KCM), an independently chartered 501c3 nonprofit organization.  Programming for this radio station is created by individual Community Producers who are responsible for the content of their Programming.  Your participation as an Underwriter helps to promote democracy through free-thought, free-expression and free-speech.

Individual Producers generally come with an established listening audience and negotiate their own price, RKCM direct negotiated spots will be as follows: 

• - 1 Announcement per month: $15
• - 10 Announcements per month: $150
• - 20 Announcements per month:  $250

RKCM direct negotiated spots will air during non-live DJ spots.

Underwriting will not air until payment is made.  Checks should be made payable to Knoxville Community Media.  Cash and PayPal are also acceptable methods of payment.  Payments can be made online at radiokcm.com, in-person, or mailed to:
