As rammed earth gains popularity, we receive inquiries from around the world—from those exploring the concept to clients ready to break ground. Since we’re a small, specialized team, we prioritize projects that are ready to move forward with soil testing and design.

To begin the process, we ask all new clients complete this form to schedule an initial consultation.

1. Initial Consultation – $100 or GHC equivalent: A one-on-one meeting with our team to discuss your vision, timeline, and how we work. If you move forward, the fee will be credited to your project invoice.

2. Design + Site Preparation – $2,500: This covers a site visit, soil testing, preliminary home design, 3D renderings, and high-level engineering drawings tailored to your land and goals.
