Young Professionals in Social Value (YPSV) Mentoring Programme Case Study

Mentorship offers numerous benefits for both mentors and mentees. It provides an opportunity for both parties to learn new skills, expand their networks, and enhance their professional experiences.

The Social Value sector is rapidly growing, presenting more opportunities than ever for young professionals to make an impact. However, many questions remain:

  • What specific opportunities are available in this sector?
  • How can young professionals access these opportunities?
  • What types of support are available for them?

To address these questions, YPSV launched their mentoring scheme in September last year. This free, cross-industry initiative pairs individuals in the Social Value space at various career stages.

We would love to hear from you about how the programme worked.
