Employee Incident, Grievance or Whistleblower Reporting
It is important that employees receive prompt responses to problems, accidents and concerns.
For this reason, Vendasta provides an incident reporting procedure to promote prompt and responsible resolution of issues raised by employees. This procedure may be used freely without fear of retaliation, and the People Operations Department is available to assist throughout the procedure. The form outlined below should be used if an individual feels any part of Vendasta's Safe Workplace and Harassment Policy has been violated or if they have a concern regarding any area or experience in the workplace.
