NWO State Dao Social Welfare Program Application  
The NWO STATE DAO Social Welfare Program was established with a single goal in mind: To help those in need, using our resources to improve the lives of those around us.  We believe in a world where people can come together to make meaningful contributions to each other's well-being, and we hope to contribute to that mission through financial assistance.

The purpose of this public application is to provide information to the NWO STATE Welfare Committee detailing Applicants current need for social relief. The members of the Committee whom will review the applications is made up of 3 men and 3 women, from a variety of backgrounds, and all share a passion to help others.

Application process:
 1. The Committee will review and supervise the application to the Welfare Fund.
 2. If application is accepted, Applicant will be contacted for a Voice Chat Interview via Telegram app.
 3. After the interview the Committee will decide if Applicant will be allocated an award. The Committee will then decide on amount to be allocated.  

Terms & Conditions
Applicants are required to own NWO STATE Tokens; however, currently there is no minimum requirement. Applicant may apply to this program for their self, on behalf of someone else, or on behalf of an organization of their choice, in need of social relief.

Applicant is also required to have NWO STATE App downloaded and a user account is registered.  The Applicant will need to show Proof of $STATE token holding in their wallet during the interview. After a decision by the Committee is made, Applicant will be notified via email, STATE App, Telegram and/or Twitter.
