It is that time of year again where we will have the opportunity to spend time with our fellow camping and lodging brothers and sisters, where we will praise the Lord together, learn together and enjoy nature and fellowship. This year, being our 41st conference, we have invited influential guest speakers to share their knowledge in facilities management, housekeeping, training and industry development.
We would like to invite all gap years and internship groups to interact with fellow groups, give a presentation, learn from the elders and have lots of fun. Make sure you receive a presentation briefing well in advance as to give ample time for preparation.
Our AGM will be held on the second day of the conference, so please take note and give input to the documents to be sent out by the end of April. There are changes to the Constitution. You will receive the programme and AGM pack following registration. You can opt to bring your own bedding or order bedding at an additional cost. Meals will be provided from Tuesday supper to Friday breakfast.

Fees:A special rate has been negotiated for this event. Please use this form to register for the conference. Room placements will be done by first registration, first placement. The conference fee includes meals, accommodation with bedding, sessions and a conference pack. An invoice will be forwarded to you.
