Pre-registration closed but WALK-INs are welcome at ANY of our sites!
Saturday, January 25, 2025, 9am-12pm
12th grade students and families in San Diego and Imperial Counties can register below to attend a FREE Cash for College event as part of our Countywide Financial Aid Blitz! These workshops will provide individual help completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act (CADAA) and/or Chafee Grant for Foster Youth applications. Arrive between 9am-11:30am to ensure you receive adequate support before workshops end at 12pm.

Filling out FAFSA?
Students and Parents: please get your FSA ID in advance and bring your login information with you.
Filling out the CA Dream Act?
Students: please create an account in advance and bring your login information with you. A parent CADAA account will not be needed.

FSA ID or CADAA Account
Student/Parent Full, Legal Name
Student/Parent Dates of Birth
Social Security Number (if you have one)
USCIS Number (if you have one)
Student/Parent Marital Status
2023 Income Info (IRS 1040s and W2s, if you have one)
Records of Untaxed Income (if you have some or don't file taxes)
Cash, checking, saving balances
Value of assets like businesses/farms/rental properties/investments
List of colleges student is interested in attending, etc.

Student and parent(s) cannot share an email address; be sure you each know your own email address and phone number(s).
