Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering with the Olympic View Parent Teacher Club! We host many events throughout the school year and are always in need of helping hands.
We also post the same volunteer opportunities on our Facebook, Instagram, and on flyers around campus, so there is no need to sign up for emails if you already follow our socials or frequently attend morning message.
Please be advised: In order to volunteer at Olympic View Elementary, any OPTC event, or chaperone any field trips you MUST complete the appropriate paperwork and be cleared as a volunteer through the school's main office. Volunteer paperwork is available in the main office and can be turned in on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1:00pm-3:00pm. The volunteer clearance deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is September 18, 2025. If you do not submit your paperwork on or before this date, you will not be eligible to volunteer or chaperone any field trips this school year.
OPTC recommends that all parents/guardians fill out the volunteer clearance paperwork as soon as possible if there is any chance you might want to volunteer or chaperone a field trip. When volunteering for an OPTC event, you MUST enter campus thru the main office, sign in, and display your volunteer sticker.
