For SAE (Supervised Agriculture Experience) projects, I use a program called the Agricultural Experience Tracker (
theaet.com) for students to record their work and generate reports. This program is used by all agriculture programs in the state and most programs throughout the nation. It is built for the specific contests and purposes of agricultural education. Information shared in this program is accessible by the following: Utah Agricultural Education Specialist, the State Secretary/Director of Utah FFA, the owners of
theaet.com and the National FFA Organization for the purposes of contest organization that your student will have the opportunity to participate in. They also use the information in the program for demographic and annual reports, but student names are not directly tied to the reports. Your student's personal information will not be shared publicly without your permission. Unless students choose to compete in a state or national competition, the only information they will be required to have in the program is their name and information directly related to their project (hours, activities, research and pictures). No grade or score will ever be input into the program, but I will grade their projects by checking their individual program account.
