Every school in BC, public or private, has the right to join the DSABC. Memberships allow schools to participate in DSABC-sponsored tournaments. Students at member schools are eligible for bursaries, applications to awards programs, and other benefits. Memberships must be renewed annually. 

Memberships belong to schools, not to individuals, as defined by the BC Ministry of Education. Private tutoring companies or after-school academies are not eligible to become members of the DSABC. There are separate registration forms available for students and adults interested in volunteering with the DSABC.
