Roommate Request
Attendees can request to be assigned to the same cabin with 1 or 2 other girls in the same grade.  (Cabins are kept together by grade in school.) **NOTE: We will do our best to accommodate these requests but we cannot guarantee to fulfill them.  Girls need to request each other -  for example, if Sally Smith asks to room with Sarah Jones,  Sarah Jones must also ask to room with Sally Smith.
Roommate Request #1 (must be in same grade in school)
Roommate Request #2 (must be in same grade in school)
Cell Phone Policy
In order to help the girls develop relationships with those around them and eliminate distractions during the sessions and activities, girls are NOT permitted to have any electronic device that connects to a network (for example: cell phones, iPads, watches, etc.) at the conference.  We ask that young ladies leave these items at home over the weekend. The Conference Leadership Team members and counselors will have cell phones on them at all times and contact numbers will be given to parents/guardians at Conference check-in in case a parent needs to reach their daughter in the case of an emergency. Please note:  If the "no cell phone" rule is violated, the attendee will be asked to leave the conference.
I, parent/guardian, have read and understand the "no cell phone" policy and have discussed this with the registered attendee. *
Check-in Location
We will be offering two different check-in locations for the Conference Weekend.  Check-in at the Conference Location in LaFayette or check-in at Central Avenue Baptist Church in Trion.  Girls who check-in at the church in Trion will then ride a bus to the Conference location.

All girls MUST be picked-up on Sunday from the Conference Location - Pigeon Mountain Crossing in LaFayette.

Please select the check-in location you plan to use.  (If your preference changes, you can let us know by calling 706-599-9347.)

Discipline Procedures
When a conference attendee does not follow the behavior guidelines, we will take the following steps:

1. Counselors will redirect the attendee to more appropriate behavior.
2. If inappropriate behavior continues, the attendee will be reminded of behavior guidelines and conference rules by a leadership team member, and the attendee will be asked to decide on action steps to correct her behavior.
3. If an attendee’s behavior still does not meet expectations and is affecting the experience of other attendees, she will be referred to the Conference Director.
4. If inappropriate behavior continues, as a final action step, the attendee may be dismissed from the conference.
5. The Leadership Team may also be called upon to work with entire cabin groups who need additional support and behavior guidance.

*Attendee fees are non-refundable if an attendee is sent home for disciplinary reasons.
