Excelevate Strategic Funding Tracker: Beta Tester Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in the Excelevate Strategic Funding Tracker! I am in the final stages of developing a new, intuitive Excel-based tool designed to help small and medium-sized nonprofits move from data overload to strategic clarity.

I am looking for a small group of 5-8 nonprofit professionals to beta-test the tracker from approximately January to mid-February 2026. Beta testers will be asked to use the tool with their own data and provide feedback via a short survey at the end of the testing period.

As a thank you for your valuable time and insights, all beta testers will receive:
  • The Final Product: Full license for the Tracker + Toolkit ($149 value).
  • Strategy Session: A 1-hour post-test call to review your new dashboard insights and discuss a strategy for using this data moving forward.

  • Complimentary Data Jumpstart: I will personally enter up to 15 of your past grant records to build your dashboard.

Please complete the brief form below to be considered for the beta program. Submitting this form will also add you to the waitlist for official launch announcements. Selections for the beta program will be made in December 2025.
