Deadline for Entry - Friday 6th June 2024

Due to phenomenal demand year on year, the Junior Tournament will be split across 2 weekends in 2025.
  • Saturday 21st June will be for age groups U8 to U12 (please see separate entry form)
  • Saturday 28th June will be for age groups U13 to U16

All Players MUST be affiliated to England Netball.
All teams MUST provide enough Umpires to cover all teams entered and their games.

Thank you to all those teams who joined us last year it was bigger and better than ever! We are looking forward to seeing both new and familiar faces in 2025.

We will continue to raise funds for the Mark Edwards Foundation (www.markedwardsfoundation.org) and teams are very welcome to bring raffle prizes to donate on the day.

There will be a tuck shop and a raffle taking place throughout the day. (Card or Cash).

Completion of this form will allocate you a place in the tournament.

Primary Carer
As a club we agree to have a enough primary carers available on the day to cover your club teams entered.

We understand primary carers are responsible for administering first aid to their allocated team(s).

We agree to provide our own first aid kits/ice packs etc and agree to have a first aid kit court side for each game, containing of essential and additional items to cover sporting injuries.

As a club we understand the importance of safeguarding all our young people within the club.
I agree that coaches within my club who will be present on the day, have a current valid DBS with England Netball.

Umpire Name & Qualification
I agree that the umpire(s) provided on the day do not have to be qualified, however they are required to be on the pathway and competent to umpire the level they are allocated. We require a minimum of attending an Into Officiating Course and preferably league approved by your relevant League / County Umpiring Secretary.

Junior umpires CAN NOT umpire age groups older than themselves.

I understand that I may need umpires for each team entered and the club are responsible for covering all games as per the fixtures.

No fixtures will be arranged to accommodate umpires doing multiple age groups.

Entry Fee
I Agree to pay an entry fee of £50 per team & this is none refundable once the deadline has passed.
