Food Vendor Application
Downtown Carlisle Association is now accepting applications for food vendor space in the 39th annual Harvest of the Arts Festival on West High Street in downtown Carlisle, PA on September 26th, from 10am to 5pm. The show will be limited to 120 juried exhibiting artisans, along with a number of local business and non-profit organizations from the Carlisle area, an extensive food court and a large children’s area.

Booths must be neat and clean with no visible storage.
All tables must be covered to the ground.
There is no storage other than behind your stand.
If these items are needed you must provide your own.
All culinary applicants must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Downtown Carlisle Association as an additional insured. Policy coverage must be in effect the day of the Festival. A minimum of $300,000 each occurrence limit is required.
For safety, all spaces must be self-contained and not accessible to the public (i.e. no grills/stoves on the sidewalk or located in an area which is open to the public).
Electricity is not available onsite.
Generators are not recommended for this location.
If you must have a generator it must be a whisper generator not exceeding a 65 db level taken 3 feet away from the unit.
Anyone with a generator not meeting this requirement will be asked to turn generator off.
If vendor is not compliant, they will be removed from the event.
Food vendors set up at their own risk. DCA WILL NOT be held liable for loss or damage to work or property or for personal injury, NOR SHALL the food vendors, or any of their representatives, be a party to any legal action against DCA or its sponsors.

DEADLINES & ACCEPTANCE LETTERS
Registrations will be accepted on a rolling basis until August 1st.
Incomplete registrations will not be reviewed for acceptance.
Upon acceptance a notice will be sent electronically, along with a payment link for final processing.
Payment will not be accepted until registration is approved and you receive notification of your acceptance.

Applicants and participants of Harvest of the Arts hereby release all parties involved, including but not limited to Carlisle Borough,Downtown Carlisle Association, and all sponsors and guests, from any and all liabilities arising from the Harvest of the Arts. Any vendor not abiding by the rules and regulations of the festival will not be permitted to return.
