Vantage Database Submission 2024-25
As a Vantage student, you are required to submit names of 15 people who are willing to be entered into the Vantage research database. These people can expect to be contacted one or two times as part of company project research. Most will be asked to complete a survey. We do not use any of the information provided for any purpose other than VANTAGE and the database is deleted at the end of the school year.

Please complete the form below separately for each of the 15 participants you recruit. You will want to get permission from the person whose name you are submitting. A sample email can be found below.

It was fun to see you over the summer. I hope everything is well with all of you in Missouri.

I am taking an experiential, project-based learning class next year called Vantage, where we conduct market and consumer research. To get ready for the year, I need to find fifteen people who are willing to participate in market research. The commitment is to participate in 1-3 short surveys during the school year that will come to you via email. They take about five minutes to complete. The information is used for VANTAGE only and will be deleted at the end of the year.

Would it be ok for me to include you and Jim in the database? I will ask Ted and Max through text.
