Payment and Cancellation/Substitutions Policy:
Full refunds are available for cancellation requests received on or before March 10, 2017.
After this date, there are no refunds but you may send a colleague in your place provided you notify Travco Travel Company by email at least 2 weeks in advance. Travco Travel Company shall be notified of cancellations in writing. Please note that any refunds will be made after the conference is completed. The original registrant must submit a written authorization for such a change.
