This Release Agreement is made in recognition of the following:
It is the desire of the student and the parents that the student attend dance classes with O’Shea Irish Dance, LLC.
It is the desire of O’Shea Irish Dance, LLC to provide the student with the finest Irish dance instruction available.
Both the student, parents, and O’Shea Irish Dance, LLC are aware that dance can be a very demanding and athletic art form, that injuries of minor and serious natures can and do result. It is necessary for the student and the parents to realize that they are assuming a known risk of injury in pursuing dance instruction.
It is the desire of both the student and the parents to release O’Shea Irish Dance, LLC from any and all liability for damages and injuries received as the result of attending such dance instruction.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned, for themselves, their heirs, administrators and assigns (hereinafter referred to as “releaser”), grant and agree to fully and forever release and discharge O’Shea Irish Dance, LLC and its agents, employees, representatives, successors, assigns, and insurers (hereinafter called “releasee”) from all claims, demands, damages, actions and rights to actions which releaser now or hereafter may have arising out of, in consequence of, or on account of all injuries to persons, including any latent injuries, and all developments and results therefrom, known or unknown injuries, whether developed or undeveloped, and anticipated or unanticipated consequences of all such injuries, illnesses, diseases, losses or damages resulting to Releaser from attending such dance instruction.
